1. Service Description

MilanInvite provides a digital wedding invitation platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Payment

Creating a shareable invitation requires a one-time payment of ₹1,100 (inclusive of taxes). This grants access to your invitation for one year from the date of payment.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use MilanInvite for genuine personal wedding invitations. You must not use the service to send spam, publish offensive content, or infringe any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content (text, photos) you upload. By uploading, you grant MilanInvite a limited licence to host and display the content for the purpose of your invitation.

5. Limitation of Liability

MilanInvite is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
