Milan app caters to the needs of both the hosts and guests across the globe where hosts can plan events and invite guests whereas the guests can check their invitation list and respond.

App Features

The app has been fundamentally segregated into two categories namely Events, and Invitations.

Events

This is where hosts can plan and update events, itinerary and list out the tasks to be accomplished besides sharing the album and communicating with the event members via group chat.

Invitations

Guests can see the list of their invitations along with the relevant itineraries and respond either by accepting or declining them.

Chat

Group chat facilitates all the members of an event to communicate amongst themselves and keep track of events. Members can send out text messages or upload pictures for communication.

Notifications:

A range of notifications related to events and chat were incorporated facilitating both the hosts and guests to keep tabs on updates happening in the events.

Event Search

You can find out any specific event by typing the text in the search field and then simply tapping it to view the event details.

Settings

You can upload your profile picture or edit your email address and log out of the app if needed. To sum it up, Milan app makes the planning of events and inviting people simple and seamless.

Event Creation

Hosts can start creating events from a wide range of event category list by giving a title to the event, description, time, date and venue from the map and thereby sending out invitations to the guests either from their phonebook or by entering the contacts manually. Events can be updated or deleted.

Itinerary

Are you planning multiple activities at your event? No worries. The "Itinerary" option provided inside every planned event solves this hurdle. You can add multiple activities or programs to an itinerary just by adding minimalistic details like the date, description, beginning and end time of the programs.

To-Do-List

You need to accomplish numerous and crucial tasks for organizing an event successfully and don't want to end up with a red face by forgetting something vital. With the help of our "To-Do-List" feature, you can jot down and prioritize all the tasks ranging from arranging a cake for a birthday party to sending a taxi to the airport to pick up a client for a business meet and many more. You can add and assign these tasks to yourself or the guests of your event or the contact list of your mobile. The tasks can be edited and deleted. The accomplished tasks can be marked as "Done"

  • Future: List of events commencing tomorrow
